Engineering plastics
Within engineering plastics product range, MN-Flex offers POLYAMIDE (PA-6), POLYPROPYLENE (PP-1000), POLYETHYLENE of low and ultra-high density (PE-500 and PE-1000 or PE-UHMW i.e. PE-HD), POLYACETAL (POM-C ), PVC, PVDF, PEEK, TEFLON (PTFE) as well as thermoplastic materials with various additives (graphite, glass, oil, molybdenum MoS2). We offer all these materials in plates, rods and pipes, and we also cut them to the dimensions according to the customer's request.
Gasket sheets [Klingersil]
We offer gasket materials in sheets, produced from different, high-quality and strong organic, mineral, cellulose, aramid fibers, mixed with NBR (rubber) rubber. Gasket materials, depending on the additions and purpose, have excellent resistance to water, air, steam, gas, oils, aggressive and medium aggressive media, general chemicals, etc. they are also suitable in conditions where high temperature and pressure are present
Teflon [PTFE] protection sheets
Teflon (PTFE) hot plate protection sheets are a popular material in various industrial applications due to their unique properties. These thin sheets are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and are characterized by exceptional resistance to chemicals, heat and adhesion. They are most often used as an insulating material in the electrical industry due to their resistance to high temperatures and electrical conductivity. We offer teflon (PTFE) sheets of different thicknesses (0.08mm, 0.13mm, 0.15mm, 0.20mm and 0.35mm), self-adhesive as well as non-adhesive, high temperature and electrical resistance.
Asbestos-free sealing ropes
Asbestos-free sealing ropes are resistant to high temperatures, chemicals and abrasion, and are often used in the oil industry, chemical industry and numerous other sectors where sealing without the risk of asbestos fibers is required. We offer graphite, teflon, aramid-kevlar, carbon, glass, ceramic, cotton and osal braids. They are available in square and circular form, and are used for sealing nipples, valves, boilers, blast furnaces and ovens, etc.
Rubber sheets
Rubber in sheets is available in a variety of thicknesses, dimensions and materials, including natural rubber, synthetic rubber and rubber with specific properties such as resistance to wear, chemicals or high temperatures. It is most commonly used as a base, gasket, insulation or surface coating in a variety of industries, including construction, automotive and equipment manufacturing. We offer rubber in the form of oil-resistant NBR and ordinary SBR, as well as chemical-resistant, silicone, smooth or ribbed, reinforced or unreinforced, in different thicknesses.
Sealing materials
Selection of the proper material for making seals usually depends on the medium, temperature and pressure in the hydraulic system. Our offer includes about 40 variations of elastomers (PU-500, NBR, EPDM, VITON, SILICON), thermoplastics (PTFE, PA-6, POM-C) as well as materials with special additives for special purposes (PTFE with additives MoS2 and bronze). .
