Hydraulic hoses
The quality of flexible hydraulic connections is guaranteed by the hoses and fittings from well-known manufacturers that MN FLEX uses both in the manufacture of its products and in sales. Continuous monitoring of progress and global trends in hose and fitting manufacturing ensures constant improvement in quality and an edge over competitors in terms of durability and reliability. We guarantee the quality and durability of our products. We offer hydraulic hoses with single or double wire braid reinforcement and four or six spiral wire reinforcement reinforced hoses for very high pressures as well as oil and petroleum products hoses with textile braid reinforcement, with or without external wire protection for low pressures for installation in various hydraulic systems or for fuel supply.

Stainless steel flexible pipes
In the program, we also have the production of flexible ribbed pipes made of stainless steel braided with 1 or 2 braids of stainless steel wire and with welded connections made of alloyed carbon or stainless steel, which are intended for elevated temperatures or aggressive media. We offer pipes with diameters from 6mm to 100mm, which we always have in stock, and we also provide larger diameters upon customer's request.
PTFE hoses
Teflon or PTFE hoses have a very wide range of applications. Based on their characteristics, they can be used to transport different media at temperatures from -60°C to +260°C.
Our offer includes plain and corrugated teflon hoses protected from the outside by a stainless steel wire braid.
Hydraulic rigid pipes
Precise seamless hydraulic steel pipes according to the EN 10305-4 standard from ø6mm to ø42mm, for pressures up to 400bar, in lengths of 6m, or cut and bent according to customer needs, with a wide selection of reductions and adapters, L and T pieces with nuts and cutting rings (hermetically sealed joints). Along with these pipes, we deliver single or double pipe supports made of polypropylene with or without steel reinforcement in accordance with the DIN 3015 standard.
Hydraulic connections
Our offer in the field of production of flexible pipes, i.e. in the sale of hydraulic hoses, is rounded off by a wide selection of all types of connections according to DIN, BSP and SAE standards for hoses with single or double braided wire reinforcement, as well as for hoses with spiral wire reinforcement for very high pressures (INTERLOCK).
The offer also includes suitable ferrules and fittings for original equipment manufacturers Toyota, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Poclain, etc.
Couplings, adapters & more
We offer a wide selection of auxiliary components for hydraulics.
Hydraulic quick couplings in accordance with the ISO 7241-A standard, couplings with screw security, with a flat face, and connection threads according to DIN, BSP and SAE standards.
Swivel couplings, straight and 90°, with threaded connection BSP from 1/4" to 2". Other threads at the customer's request.
Adapters, couplings, L- and T-pieces for connecting hydraulic seamless pipes using a cutting ring and a nut with metric threads (light and heavy series), as well as various types of adapters, L- and T-pieces with threads according to DIN standards (metric). , BSP (inch) and SAE (UNF NPTF).
